Custom Frame Design

Our custom frame design process begins by taking measurements of the items in your project, laying the items out and arranging them in a manner that is both symmetrical and aesthetically pleasing.

These custom dimensions are then programmed into our state of the art MatWizard2400 to determine the overall size of your project.

Picture Matting  

Once the frame design has been established we determine the mat colors and make a note of any special picture matting features for your project. Customers can choose from a wide selection of acid freemats to enhance their framing project.

We offer fabric as well as paper mats from Cresent and Bainbridge. Special features such as v-grooves, letters, split mats and decorative cut-outs are also available at customers request.

Picture Frame Mouldings

House Frame Mouldings – There are several signature frames we keep in stock for your convenience, however, all others must be ordered on case by case basis. Speak to one of our custom framing specialists today to ask more about moulding for your project.

Shadow Box

For items that are too large to fit in a conventional picture frame we offer a variety of a shadow box moulding that can accommodate uniquely sized items.    

Custom Boxes and Encasing

Heavy duty items that are often too large to fit into a shadowbox, such as swords, rifle etc. may require a custom encasing. We invite you to sit down with one of our custom frame specialists to discuss a custom encasement.

All prints, photos, images, and certificates are mounted on acid-free foamboard with the exception of limited edition pieces.

At our Fort Bragg location, we carry a variety of Military Prints: prints by Jim Stovall, Dick Kramer Daniel Norman on hand. Military prints are an ideal gift for anyone with a background or a loved one in the military.

Laser Engraving

Metal Plate– We offer laser engraving on plates in aluminum and brass. Plates are cut to size up to 12"x24"

 

Wooden Plaque – More Than Just Art offers wooden plaques in a variety of colors, materials and sizes ranging from 8x10 to 16x20 

Glass Awards –   

 

Digitize Images – Images can be added to both wooden plaques and plates. The images can be submitted as vector graphics edited in CorelDraw or as black and white line art submitted as .bmp files. We can accept other file types but these images will have to be digitized to convert them to .bmp files. There is an additional cost for digitizing. Call for quote.
